未来人材育成機構でのTF推薦書受付スケジュールは以下の通りです。
【2026年度4月～9月の間にTF活動を開始する場合（これから受付予定）】
受付開始 ：2025年12月上旬
推薦書〆切：2026年2月27日
【2026年度10月～2027年3月の間にTF活動を開始する場合】
受付開始 ：2026年6月上旬
推薦書〆切：2026年9月初めごろ
【2027年度4月～9月の間にTF活動を開始する場合】
受付開始 ：2026年12月上旬
推薦書〆切：2027年2月末ごろ

＜教員・学生の皆様への留意点＞
TF推薦書は、TF活動をする科目の開講部局の教授会等で承認の上、部局長名義でご提出いただきます。
推薦書様式は部局の事務を通してお渡しいたします。
なお、会議等の都合上、 部局ごとの〆切は上記日程より早い場合があります ので、TF任用をご検討の際は、担当事務に書類提出〆切をご確認ください。
The schedule for submitting TF recommendation letters to the Promoting Organization for Future Creators is as follows:
For TF activities starting between April 2026 and September 2026 (applications scheduled to open):
Submission start: Early December 2025
Recommendation letter deadline: February 27, 2026
For TF activities starting between October 2026 and March 2027:
Submission start: Early June 2026
Recommendation letter deadline: Early September 2026
For TF activities starting between April 2027 and September 2027:
Submission start: Early December 2026
Recommendation letter deadline: End of February 2027

■Important Notes for Faculty and Students:
TF recommendation letters must be approved by the faculty council (or equivalent body) of the relevant department and submitted under the name of the department head.
The recommendation letter format will be provided through the department office.
Due to the scheduling of meetings, department-specific deadlines may be earlier than the dates listed above. Please confirm the submission deadlines with the relevant administrative office.
