＜教員・学生の皆様への留意点＞
TF推薦書は、TF活動をする科目の開講部局の教授会等で承認の上、部局長名義でご提出いただきます。
推薦書様式は部局の事務を通してお渡しいたします。
なお、会議等の都合上、部局ごとの〆切は上記日程より早い場合がありますので、TF任用をご検討の際は、担当事務に書類提出〆切をご確認ください。
The schedule for submitting TF recommendation letters to the Promoting Organization for Future Creators is as follows:

Important Notes for Faculty and Students:
TF recommendation letters must be approved by the faculty council or equivalent body of the department offering the course in which the TF activities will take place, and submitted under the name of the department head.
The recommendation letter format will be provided through the department office.
Due to the scheduling of meetings, department-specific deadlines may be earlier than the dates listed above. Please confirm the submission deadline with the relevant administrative office when considering a TF appointment.
